General Policies
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day service is subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations have to be done 24 hours prior after that $50 fee.
Mobile Service Area
We serve Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and nearby South Florida. Traveling outside these areas may incur extra fees.
Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion.
Weather Policy
Weather is unpredictable. Our clients will not be penalized if an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather.
Membership Policy
Members get 10% on ALL services.
Perk
Promotions can be combined with membership discounts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for memberships have to be done two weeks before billing date by email.

Waiver of Liability
By booking a service with Buff Master Luxury Detailing FL, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Buff Master is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in paint, upholstery, or vehicle surfaces.
- Some stains, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removed, even with advanced correction methods.
- Ceramic coatings and protective treatments provide enhanced durability but do not guarantee immunity from environmental damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Clients must disclose any known sensitivities, modifications, or fragile areas of their vehicle prior to service.
- Buff Master will take every precaution, but is not liable for unforeseen damages outside of our control (mechanical issues, loose trim, aftermarket parts, etc.).
